AWMA(SA) invites members to join the
AWMA(SA) Committee
In 2012 vacancies on the AWMA(SA) Committee will occur at the
Annual General Meeting to be held 15 February 2012.
Committee terms are for two (2) years.
Persons nominating must be financial members of AWMA(SA).
Nominations in accordance with the AWMA(SA) Inc. Constitution (2011) are now required for the positions of:
Secretary
Membership Secretary
Committee
The AWMA(SA) committee is a multidisciplinary, dynamic, fun, working group whose efforts guide and advance AWMA(SA), support its members and contribute to wound management in South Australia.
Committee members assist AWMA(SA) in meeting its objectives through leadership, commitment and active participation.
The AWMA(SA) committee meets from 6.30-9.00pm on the second Wednesday of the month at the Belair Park Country Club, Belair (the venue for committee meetings might vary)
Some out of meeting activities may be required by committee members.

Proposed constitutional amendments 2012
With the move for all Australian State and Territory wound management Associations to align themselves more closely with the national body, the Australian Wound Management Association (AWMA), it is proposed that in 2012 AWMA(SA) amends its Constitution to alter the stated period of membership from the calendar year (January – December) to an annual period to be determined by the committee.
